The cooking is Mediterranean with Dalmatian dishes running through it, from seafood pasta and whole fish chosen at the counter to ceviche, veal pasta, wagyu and a rack of lamb. Croatian bottles carry the wine list. This is a sit-down evening rather than a passing stop, so the table is worth arranging before you walk out.
