The kitchen is a working one with a stove, fridge, microwave and kettle, tea and coffee are free, and housekeeping comes daily. No curfew, non-smoking throughout, guests between eighteen and sixty, and laundry for a fee. The daily programme is what separates it from the quiet places at the same price.
