The menu is built on that grill and on the boat. Brodetto and gregada among the stews, white fish whole off the bars, lobster, scampi, prawns and a squid brulet, with tuna tartare and Dalmatian octopus ahead of them. A beefsteak dressed with pancetta and a cheese sauce covers anyone who did not come for fish, and a chocolate souffle closes it.
