FAQ
What is a glow kayak tour in Split?
Adriatic Adventure runs its after-dark departures on transparent kayaks and boards with lights mounted beneath them, so the water below is lit. It is a different trip from the same route in daylight.
How long are the kayak and paddle tours from Stobrec?
Between two and a half and three hours, at thirty eight to forty five euros a person. That is long enough to cover real distance and short enough for arms that have not done it before.
Does Adriatic Adventure run land trips as well?
A three-hour quad ride goes up into the Mosor hills and the Cetina canyon at eighty euros. It is the same canyon the rafting trips use, approached from above rather than from the river.
Do you need experience to kayak at Stobrec?
No. The instructors are licensed and brief the group before launching, and the estuary gives sheltered flat water to start on before anyone reaches the open sea.
What can be hired rather than booked as a tour?
Sit-on-top kayaks, hard paddleboards, transparent boards, pedal boats, jet skis and a large board that takes up to eight people. The big board is the one that works for a family going out together.
